Packing: Archival, signed works are carefully packed with care notes. You’ll receive tracking where applicable.

Returns: Originals/prints: 7-day return if damaged in transit or not as described (photo evidence within 48h). Digital: no returns after download. Deposits are non-refundable after sketch approval. Contact info@hermitart.co.zw to initiate a return.
